Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and sent from Hamburg.
How are cards packed?
Sleeved, toploaded and sent with tracking. Nothing goes out in a plain envelope.
Who grades the cards?
Graded cards are slabbed by the established grading companies — PSA, BGS and CGC. We don't grade in-house, so the grade on a listing is the grade on the slab.
What do the condition codes mean?
Raw cards use the Cardmarket scale, from Mint down to Poor. Every listing shows the code and spells out what it means.
Can I return a card?
Yes — you have 14 days to withdraw if the card does not match its description.
How do I sell cards to you?
Send photos or a list, get a real offer, get paid. The three steps are laid out on the home page.
Are the cards authentic?
Every card is checked against its listing before it ships. If something is off, it does not go out.
